About the PUG
The PUG is the annual Primarius users group meeting. For over twenty years now, this event has brought together the Primarius team and food bankers from across North America. This is a unique opportunity for our guests to learn more about P2 as well as to network together.

If you are unable to find an ideal flight into Erie, please be aware that the Cleveland, Buffalo, and Pittsburgh airports are all about a 90 minute drive away.
Who Typically Attends
In a typical year, the PUG brings around 60 - 100 attendees that work for Feeding America, Food Banks Canada, and independent food banks.

For the first time ever, we are offering third parties an opportunity to showcase their products and services at the PUG. Included with the $1,000 sponsorship fee:

Skirted table and 2 chairs to exhibit in common area
Meals, snacks, and beverages during the event

Schedule
Mon, Sept 14
Table setup between 2:00 - 5:00 PM.
Tues, Sept 15
Breakfast is served at 7:00 AM.
Classes with breaks occur between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Weds, Sept 16
Breakfast is served at 7:00 AM.
Classes with breaks occur between 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.
Table breakdown occurs between 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Hotel Room Blocks
New for the 2026 PUG, we're pleased to offer our guests the choice of two hotels - Courtyard by Marriott or Hilton Garden Inn. Both hotels are directly connected to the event venue. Besides having a brand preference, there is no advantage to booking rooms in one hotel over the other.
